These past few weeks I've been wondering - how come Americans always screw up when trying to do a remake of a classic....well, urban japanese horror flick?

And henceforth, I've decided to download and watch all three Ringu movies.

And I must admit - Sadako gets a plus, Samara a biiiiIIIIIIIIIiiig minus.

Now what's there to dislike about a hermaphroditic telekinetic little onryou?

Call me sick, ill-minded and a solicitor, but that character is the most extreme horror antagonist I've ever seen.

Screw Freddie Krueger. To hell with John Kramer. Piss off, Michael Jackson. It's Sadako all the way!
